Location:

Home with frequent UK Travel – At least one post will be required to cover London and the South of England

The Job:

The role involves:

  • Researching, preparing, chairing and delivering regional and national events\training\webinars\consultancy\conferences geared towards subscriber\client needs.
  • Writing and delivering documentation for subscriber\client use and giving timely and relevant subscriber\client advice on complex local government financial management and accounting challenges.
  • Communicating with our subscribers\clients and being in touch with their needs thus ensuring the continuing strength and high reputation of the CIPFA FAN.

Who We Need :

You will:

  • Be a CCAB qualified accountant with a thorough knowledge and experience of local authority technical accounting and financial management and reporting.
  • Have a very good appreciation of the financial challenges facing local government and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be a self starter with a real passion for helping our subscribers\clients resolve complex accounting and financial management challenges

What We Offer:
